1、 Overview

The power distribution box and cabinet are applicable to the protection devices of single-phase two-wire, three-phase three wire, three-phase four wire power, lighting and motor control circuits with AC frequency of 50Hz ~ 60Hz, rated working voltage of 500V and below and rated current of 100A. They are used as power distribution devices in modern buildings such as industrial and civil buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, stations, hospitals and residences. The scope of application:

1.1 and 2 hazardous areas.

2. Explosive gas environment of class IIB and temperature group T1-T4.

3. Applicable to places with combustible dust.

4. Both indoor and outdoor.


2、 Product description

1. 304/201 stainless steel is made by cutting, turning milling, throwing welding and other processes, with beautiful appearance and strong corrosion resistance;

2. Built in cn65, nc100h high breaking miniature circuit breaker, contactor, thermal relay, button, indicator light and other components, which can be used for lighting and power motor control;

3. With overload and short circuit protection function;

4. Module structure, various circuits can be assembled freely according to needs;

5. It can be specially made according to user requirements, such as adding electrophoresis protector, ammeter, voltmeter, etc;

6. Steel pipe or cable wiring.


3、 Main features

1. This product is explosion-proof, separated explosion-proof main chamber and wiring chamber. It is formed by bending and welding high-quality SS304 stainless steel plate. It has excellent properties such as beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, anti-static and impact resistance. Built in circuit breaker and signal lamp elements.

2. Special operating mechanism is set on the cover plate to realize fully closed operation. The product can also operate normally in harsh environment.

3. All fasteners shall be 304 stainless steel fasteners with strong corrosion resistance.

4. Steel pipe or cable wiring can be used.

5. It can be specially made according to user requirements.

5、 Classification

Classification by structural features and uses:

(1) Fixed panel switchgear, often called switch board or distribution panel. It is an open switch cabinet with panel blocking. The front has protective effect, and the back and side can still touch the live parts. The protection level is low. It can only be used for centralized power supply in the substation in industrial and mining enterprises with low requirements for power supply continuity and reliability.

(2) Protective (i.e. closed) switchgear refers to a low-voltage switchgear whose sides are closed except the mounting surface. The switch, protection, monitoring and control and other electrical components of the cabinet are installed in a closed shell made of steel or insulating materials, which can be reliably installed on or off the wall. No isolation measures can be taken between each circuit in the cabinet, or grounded metal plate or insulating plate can be used for isolation. Generally, the door is mechanically interlocked with the main switch. In addition, there is a protective platform type switch cabinet (i.e. console), which is equipped with control, measurement, signal and other electrical appliances. The protective switch cabinet is mainly used as the power distribution device on the process site.

(3) Drawer type switch cabinet. This kind of switch cabinet is made of closed shell made of steel plate, and the electrical components of incoming and outgoing circuit are installed in withdrawable drawers to form a functional unit that can complete a certain type of power supply task. The functional unit is separated from the bus or cable by a grounded metal plate or a functional plate made of plastic to form three areas of bus, functional unit and cable.

Isolation measures are also taken between each functional unit. Drawer type switchgear has high reliability, safety and interchangeability. It is a relatively advanced switchgear. At present, most of the switchgear produced are drawer type switchgear. They are suitable for industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings that require high power supply reliability as centralized control distribution centers.

(4) Power and lighting distribution control box. Mostly closed vertical installation. Due to different use occasions, the enclosure protection grade is also different. They are mainly used as power distribution devices at the production site of industrial and mining enterprises.

6、 Ordering instructions

When ordering, the user shall indicate the circuit number, circuit current and pole number of the circuit breaker of the distribution box. If there is a main switch, it shall indicate the current and pole number of the main switch, and indicate the direction, quantity and size of the inlet and outlet. If the lighting, power and leakage are mixed, the schematic diagram shall be provided.

7、 Due to the variety of products, the outline, installation dimension and assembly form shall be provided separately after disclosure with the customer.
